Membership

Fellow Member : (Entrance Fees : Rs. 500/- Annual Subscription Rs. 1000/-)

• Any person with a senior status in the field of Materials Management for a period of atleast 15 years, shall
  be considered eligible for membership.
• He shall not be less than 40 years of age at the time of admission.
• He shall hold a university degree or Diploma or have attended a recognized course in Materials Management.
  (Please obtain separate membership form)

Member : (Entrance Fees : Rs. 500/- Annual Subscription Rs. 500/-)

• Any person working in the field of Materials Management or
• He shall not be less than 23 years of age at the time of admission
• He shall hold a University degree in any discipline or Diploma in Engineering or has passed a Course in
  Materials Management approved by the Institute.

Associate Member : (Entrance Fees : Rs. 500/- Annual Subscription Rs. 400/-)

• Any person engaged in Materials Management activities for a minimum of one year, and
• He shall not be less than 18 years of age at the time of admission.
• He shall hold a University degree in any discipline or Diploma in Engineering or has passed a Course in
  Materials Management.

Institutional Member

Large Scale (Entrance Fees : Rs. 1000/- Annual Subscription Rs. 5000/-) (w.e.f. 1.12.06)

• Any firm which holds registration with Directorate General of Technical Development or holds a license or
  approval under the Industries Development & Regulation Act, shall be governed under this category. The
  Institution shall be eligible to nominate two persons from their organization.
  

Small Scale : (Entrance Fees : Rs. 500/- Annual Subscription Rs. 2000/-) (w.e.f. 1.12.06)

• Any firm, which holds a registration with local Directorate of Industries or any other approval authority
  shall be governed under this category. This Institution shall be eligible to nominate one person from their
  organization.

Life Member :

• Already enrolled members, who have paid annual subscription upto date, can become life members by paying
  Rs. 7500/- as one time payment. A new applicant has to pay the entrance fees (Rs. 500/- + Rs. 7500/-).
  (w.e.f. 1.12.06) (one time payment)

Life Fellow Member :

• A person who is a life member can become a Life fellow member by paying 10000 as additional one time
  payment.

A fellow member who has paid annual subscription upto date can become a life fellow members by paying Rs. 15000
as one time payment.(from 1st Dec. 2006) - (w.e.f. 1.12.06)

Application Procedure : Application for membership shall be made on prescribed application form available with the
nearest branch or Indian Institute of Materials Management
